Introduction : Nurses are one of the health workers who provide services encounter various conditions that can cause stress. feel stress certainly have an impact on quality service they giving, therefore management to overcome is needed. One cheap and accessible for nurses anywhere anytime humor. Method: This study uses a systematic review method. Result: Humor way change psychological condition individuals. Ways this humor therapy smiling laughing. smile laugh by reading comics, joking, watching comedy filmsand or be in form fictional story told friend considered funny, so on. In study, believed humour provides opportunity change. relation this, results showed consequences range from revival exhaustion. addition enabling mental rest, helps patients’ perspectives regarding their condition. Conclusion: Stress experienced arise due workload will nursing care provided patients hospital. most effective tools reduce do just enough laugh, course method very easy does not require expensive costs.
